Four things, then
it's handled.
01
Tell us early
Seven days out, minimum. Not a formality — it's how long it takes to get your size right. Last-minute means we hand you what's left, and boots that don't fit end summit attempts.

Send two numbers
Your boot size (EU or US) and your height. That's all we need. Height sizes your axe and poles; boot size sizes everything that touches your feet.

Show us what you own
Photograph your kit and send it. We'll tell you honestly what's missing — and what isn't worth renting because what you have already works. That conversation is free and we'd rather have it.

Pay with your balance
No deposit, no separate transaction. It goes on your trip balance. Return it as you got it — beyond normal wear and tear, we charge the replacement cost.
We only rent to people climbing with us — and that's a safety rule, not a sales one. We fit your crampons to your boots. Rent the boots somewhere else and nobody checks that the two actually work together. You'd find out at 4 AM.
